1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the pkr100 platform ("Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pkr100 ("pkr100", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of pkr100, including users accessing the Platform from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. pkr100 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Use of the pkr100 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pkr100 strictly prohibits access by minors. If pkr100 has reason to believe that a user is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual user for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly and unambiguously prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of pkr100 or any affiliated entity, or a member of the immediate family of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or prohibited from gambling under any applicable regulatory or court order.

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of pkr100 is lawful in your jurisdiction. pkr100 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific location. Accessing pkr100 from a restricted jurisdiction is done at your own risk and is your sole responsibility.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access real-money features of the pkr100 Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number. You agree to keep this information updated throughout the duration of your account.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active pkr100 account only. Registration of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in the forfeiture of all balances across the relevant accounts and permanent suspension.

3.3 KYC Verification

pkr100 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process and may require identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to withdrawal requests, where unusual account activity is detected, or during routine compliance reviews. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3.4 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr100 login credentials. You must notify pkr100 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. pkr100 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login details.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Methods

pkr100 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All funds deposited into your pkr100 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. pkr100 does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of deposit. pkr100 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will be processed to the same method used for the deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfer withdrawals. pkr100 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

4.4 Currency

The functional currency of all pkr100 accounts is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Any conversion from other currencies is performed at rates determined at the time of transaction, and pkr100 does not guarantee specific exchange rates.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pkr100 may offer bonuses, free bets, and promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms applicable to each promotion, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on winnings derived from bonus funds. Bonus terms are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

pkr100 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated wagering patterns designed to exploit promotional terms, or misrepresentation during registration — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings, together with potential account suspension.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on pkr100 — including cricket betting, PSL markets, live casino games, slots, and card games — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market, which are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game or bet.

pkr100 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is credible evidence of technical malfunction, data feed errors, suspicious betting patterns, match-fixing, or other integrity concerns. pkr100's decision in all matters relating to the settlement of bets and game outcomes is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types and are displayed prior to placing any bet or wager. pkr100 may adjust limits at any time without notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr100 Platform. Breach of any prohibition in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted by pkr100.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any connected game software.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's pkr100 account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, impairs, or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or its infrastructure.

8. Responsible Gaming

pkr100 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following tools to assist users in managing their gambling activity: deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion facilities. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to utilise the self-exclusion facility, which prevents access to your pkr100 account for a specified or indefinite period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. pkr100 is not responsible for any gambling activity undertaken on other platforms during a self-exclusion period on pkr100.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr100 Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and design elements — is owned by or licensed to pkr100 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the pkr100 Platform without prior written consent from pkr100. Unauthorised use of pkr100 intellectual property may give rise to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr100 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

pkr100's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkr100 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkr100 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Privacy

pkr100 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for and using the pkr100 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Privacy Policy. pkr100 handles all personal data of Pakistani users with appropriate security measures and in compliance with applicable data protection obligations.

12. Amendments to Terms

pkr100 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pkr100 will provide notice through the Platform or via email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the account termination procedure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which pkr100 operates as an international online entertainment platform. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact pkr100 customer support to seek an amicable resolution before initiating any formal proceedings.

pkr100 operates as an international platform. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their own jurisdiction, including Pakistan.
